Title: Sales Representative
Salary: Negotiable

We a company founded by engineers, selling a technical product to technical people. As such, we insist that our sales representatives come to the table with a technical background, good people skills, and ideally with previous telco or VoIP experience. If you can learn the products and you like people, we can teach you the rest!


Responsibilities:

• Become familiar with our entire product line and be able to assist our customers with technical pre-sales questions.
• Follow up with sales leads, develop new customers while fostering lasting relationships with existing ones.
   
• Work with these customers to develop solutions that fit their technology and budget requirements.
   
• Provide post-sales support through a case management system, and maintain accurate knowledge base data
• Learn new technologies, and earn certifications through self-managed research and vendor trainings

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of Data Networking protocols (SMTP, SNMP, HTTP/S, DNS, DHCP, POP3, TFTP,FTP, SFTP)
   
• Moderate to advanced understanding of the Linux and Windows operating systems
• Ability, drive, and willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to effectively deliver training material to others
• Excellent problem solving abilities and be able to apply this ability in a multitasking environment
